Fine, she tip-i-toed up to the line, but we know not whether she crossed it. All things considered you can have your "victory".

Just remember, Hillary signed an agreement. I'll admit, it looks like they both cut it a bit close, but there is one, un-mutable truth that Hillary is testing.

Break that agreement by continuing to pursue seating of Michigan and Florida delegates at your own peril. It's called changing the rules in the middle of the game. And that is a hallmark of the Bush administration and has no place in the Democratic Party.


No different than Telecoms immunity.

No different than recess appointments.

No different than State Secrets abuse.

No different than nuclear treaties with Turkey.

No difference!

for what it's worth.
