So what happens to Edwards' delegates? |
|
The ones he's already won, and any he might still win on Super Tuesday since he's still on the ballots? Are the delegate free to switch to whichever candidate they want? Are they pledged to switch to whomever JE ends up endorsing? Does this vary from state to state?
Honest questions from someone who has never paid much attention to primary politics before. :hi:

2. Nothing until the convention...if BO or Hilary has won by then, |
|
the Edwards supporters most likely will cast their votes for the winner, in a show of support.
If neither BO or Hilary ahs enough to win, then it gets dicey. They could throw thier support to whomever Edwards might choose, but I don't believe they're bound to do that.

4. They can vote how they want |
|
There are 26 of them so they won't be much of a difference maker. They should have a fun time in Denver.
