Why didnt he mention New Orleans during a debate?

The only thing I can think of is ... he didnt want the media to say he was race baiting.

Somehow I missed that.

Besides, how could he mention NOLA and still respond to the most important question of all: Pantene or White Rain?

He was the only one to say Katrina in the last debate.
