I, like all of you was very shocked to hear he dropped out. I wish he would have stayed in the race. We've been running around all day buying stuff for the new house and listening to AAR. It really makes me sad. Even though I voted for Hillary, I hoped that maybe John could start winning some primaries and go forward. I would have been very proud to vote for him as our candidate.

John Edwards is a great man and he has some wonderful supporters here on DU. I can't say anything that will take away the pain of his dropping out, I could only imagine how I would feel if Hillary had done the same.

I've been off line the last 6 days with the move and stuff .... I was almost scared to come in here after all the news the past week.

I figured I'd spread a little love around after all the mud that was flying around today.

You guys deserve a pat on the back and a kiss on the cheek. You backed a great man and be proud of that.

We know that at our convention history WILL be made with our Presidential nominee. We could also make history twice. I don't think a VP nominee has ever ran twice with two different people heading up the ticket.

I'm SOOOOO excited about my new hood.

The day we moved in, I brought over my computer and a few things that I wanted to move m'self ... one of them was my Hillary yard sign.

Today I met another of my neighbors and she said she was so excited to see us move in and she told her partner "YES!!! They're for Hillary!!!". I'm getting her a yard sign this week!!!
