Obama Will Do Better than the Feb.5 Polls Suggest
If Florida is any indication, Obama pretty much closed the gap or won in some cases on LIVE voting. It was the name recognition voting (early voting) from a while ago that led Clinton to the win...back when she was Mrs. Inevitable. Obama is closing the gap in New York and Jersey and likely all over the country. On the flip side, this doesn't bode well for Obama in California. But if he can do well in the other states and at least not lose by double digits in Cali...he could still come out in shape.

7. Obama's already closing in on Hillary in New York
http://publicpolicypolling.blogspot.com/2008/01/new-york-results.html

Ruh-roh! Obama 45 Clinton 33 Edwards 10

The undecided in this poll is also 13% with a 3.4% moe. If Obama can make it interesting in New York that is very very bad news for Hillary. I don't think he will but if he closes the gap to within single digits than that will be huge.
