Obama Kibitz: The Senate Judiciary Committee Has Courts Covered
Why is Senator Clinton denigrating the ability of Senators Leahy, Kennedy, Biden, Kohl, Feinstein, Feingold, Schumer, Durbin, Cardin, and Whitehouse to do their job on the http://judiciary.senate.gov/members.cfm">Judiciary Committee, should - God forbid - the GOP nominee win in November?

Is she suggesting that down-ticket Senate races won't add to the majority, without her at the top of the ticket, further adding to the Judiciary Committee partisan majority?

stop if someone not nominated. Investigate w/ Presidents cooperation is easier than without. Having a President that knows how the office works - as intended under the Constitution and as found to be possible after 200 years of practice - would be nice

... in fact, I think strong nominees like Mark Warner here in Virginia will not need any tails of any kind to secure additional Senate seats.

But the Senate Class of 2010 is vulnerable, I think.
