Looks like Obama has high-powered people campaigning for him to equal Hillary's high-powered person-her husband.

7. Yes it is! They're going after the female vote while Ted Kennedy goes after the Hispanic vote!
All in CA while Barack is in another state...just like Hill and Bill-but better!

22. Jealous? Not in the least. I already got into trouble over Oprah ...You can have her...
Caroline? i know who she is but some people here didn't even know who she is. I have her book: The Right of Privacy in my book collection.

Otherwise, endorsements and supporters can easily be matched. One Bill Clinton on the stump equals all three of those put together. And don't kid yourself, the only people who hate his politicking are Obama supporters who cringe at the crowds he is drawing by himself.

Tell it to all the people who were neutral who told him to stop with the negative smears/implications.

28. You think Clyburn lied, too? And Bill Clinton held a rally in the same arena Obama did, the same
day, and he didn't fill the place while Obama had overflow crowds.

29. Thanks...
but frankly, some of the supporters of Obama (and Edwards...and Clinton) on DU are embarrassing.

I wish people could be more civil and not so quick to post every nasty nothing story about a candidate.

I'm half expecting posts claiming Obama had a black baby with a black woman and that Sen. Clinton is actually a woman.

32. Do you watch The Colbert Report?
Colbert said he tried to start a rumor that Obama had a Black baby but it didn't work (cause damage). :)
I know. I may have been guilty of some of that but I don't think so. I've never called anyone "Hillbots" or "Hillaryites" or anything like that, at least.

35. I wish Oprah
would strike up some sort of deal so that Barack could have an hour on tv as Hillary has an hour on Hallmark. If he could get some more women behind him the states would be a lot closer.

I hear that's what ladies do while their menfolk are doing manly things, like watching the Super Bowl or negotiating treaties.

Oprah is self made, and so is Michelle. Caroline was born into damn near royalty and never took undue advantage of it. I think that they are very worthy and independent women. Don't you?

43. Of course I do
My point is, this event is geared toward women, so it must obviously assume women have no interest in the Super Bowl.

Now personally, I don't give a damn about the Super Bowl. But I know lots of women who do.

It's a sexist assumption, akin to Obama's remark about how Hillary has no more experience from working in her husbands administration than by serving tea.
