3. Washington and Lincoln were about 6'4"
It might be a photofinish on whether Kerry is the tallest, but you get the idea. Chimpy is 5'10".

5. Lincoln 6'4 ; Washington 6'2". Tallest presidents, in order:
1. Abraham Lincoln 6 ft. 4 in.

2. Lyndon B. Johnson 6 ft. 3 in.

3. Thomas Jefferson 6 ft. 2 1/2 in.

4. Tied 6 ft. 2 in.
George Washington
Chester A. Arthur
Franklin D. Roosevelt
George H.W. Bush

I think James Monroe was also up there, and just misses the cut. Shortest? Easy. Madison, 5'4".

14. I think at Halloween time, before the election, he should dress as Lincoln
Just to throw a big, yet subtle 'f-u' to the Republicans, and just to show the people he's got a sense of humor.

17. Well, we know that * will insist that during the debates
(if they have them) that they sit down. I guess * will have to sit on a kiddie stool.

I've read that * is sensitive about his height. He tries to stand above visitors to hide it. And yes, I know that height matters little but thinking about Rove and company worrying about it makes me chuckle. I'm short myself.
