New Mexico, the last stand for Super Tuesday. Who will be victorious!
It's about tied up with 16,000 provisional ballots to be counted. Who would have a better chance at winning provisional ballots?

Provisional ballots are those set aside with errors or questions to resolve, so I don't see how it's possible to call them for one candidate or the other.
