3. Who knows. Indiana is so very strange.
The southern two-thirds of the state is essentially Southern in its mindset. Indianapolis is somewhat free thinking. We have large pockets of various minorities. Indiana has been die-hard Republican for years, but got really pissed off in 2006 and tossed a bunch of incumbants.
