Washington DC is full of African-Americans. His support there will be near 100%, IMO.
Latest Maryland polls have him leading Hillary.

And in Virginia, well, I haven't heard how the atmosphere is down there or who is the preferred candidate.

Does anyone know?

2. I am going to assume
You meant to say Feb. 12, which is when DC, MD, and VA vote. But, I think he will sweep the 10th too, when Maine votes.

3. According to the poll numbers
On CBC Radio (generally reliable, they don't have a horse in this race) Obama was ahead in all 3 (according to their pollin). Don't have the actual numbers but I know that DC and Maryland were cake walks for Obama and he had a slight lead in Virginia.
