GLENN BECK: I'm Voting for Hillary ! A Scary Look into the Demise of our Chance at Restoration
The supreme bigot/racist lunatic fiend Glenn Beck will vote for Hillary Clinton if John McCain is the nominee. Why?

"We will go through two years of hell, but after that, the Republicans will unite against her. She will be supremely unpopular and will bring about another rise of the republican party like under Newt Gingrich. She'll help us find our soul."

"Barack Obama is too liberal. Bill Clinton will help her triangulate and it won't be as bad." (paraphrased)

Well, I guess Hillary MIGHT be able to win the GE, what with all the Republican Conservative support. But what will the end result be? Can anyone seriously look into the future and see this working out in favor of progressives? It won't. It WILL usher in a new generation of Compassionate Conservatism. Beware what you wish for.

1. You do realize
they are just doing this to make sure Obama is the nominee --right?

5. I don't think so, maddiejoan. He really wasn't talking about the dems.. his rant tonight
on Anderson Cooper was against McCain and basically warning the Republican Establishment about what would happen if they push McCain on the base. He didn't seem to think there was any question about Hillary getting the nomination.

but I can see his logic on this..the way Obama feels and talks in his speeches I'm thinking the corporateheads aren't gonna like this one little bit and stuff like this confirms it.

4. Well, the RW'ers are saying they'll vote for Sen Clinton, why?
Could it be to desperately try to drive a wedge between Democrats?

Nah, it's just because they only, just now, started supporting her.

8. Rethugs need a hate target to rally around--if they pick Obama, they'll be
blamed, yet again, for being racists. Plus, it takes them back to the good old days of Clinton-bashing in the 90s. They desperately need to pull their party together, and hate unites them--at least, it has in the past.

9. I just talked to a Repubfriend of mine and he told me
He would vote for Hillary if she and McCain became the nominee. He said he can't stand McCain, and over the years he's railed against Hillary to me. I then asked him his thoughts on if McCain would choose Huckabee to be his VP choice. That really got him going and he said he'd leave the party if that happened! He actually likes Mitt Romney the best. He also said he likes Obama and is considering voting for him if Romney doesn't make it. He has never said a bad thing to me about Obama to this point. I personally think he listens to Rush too much, and, of course, Faux.

I just thought this was an interesting piece of information to share. I haven't posted for a long time. I was pretty crushed after Kerry was defeated back in 2004. It's taken me awhile to get the "fever" again!:smoke:

17. Yeah, I'll be careful.
I've noticed things have been pretty heated up since I came back to check things out. In 2004 I voted Kucinich in my primary and then supported Kerry in the GE. I will do the same this time around. I will vote Obama in my May primary and if Hillary makes it, I will support her. They're *all* better than Bush IMO, don't you think!? I don't see the need for everyone to get so heated up as they are both trying as hard as they can. They will be held to the fire harder than any routine white guy running for president--in this respect I believe they will try harder.

I see you're a nurse in your profile! I am, too!

14. They know Sen Clinton's less liberal than Sen Obama
... admittedly, only by a little. They also know that 25% of the public think Clinton is "extremely liberal," versus only 13% for Obama. If Sen Clinton is our nominee, they get a more vulnerable Democratic nominee, and more conservative policy if she wins, plus they know how to make sure the Clintons get nothing on the domestic agenda done--they did that already for 8 years.

That being said, I do like her health care plan much better.

That lets you know who they're scared of in the GE. They don't want to face Obama

They just keep touting Hillary. Bill Bennett is her personal cheerleader on CNN
