Clinton's grassroots campaign is fighting for every vote against the Oprahbama machine |
|
Edited on Wed Feb-06-08 11:17 PM by Proud2BAmurkin
Obamania nation has the DC establishment, the news media, Kerry and Kennedy, Oprah, wives of rich and famous movie star Republican governors, newspaper editors, wealthy Democrats, college professors.
The Clinton coalition is working people, Hispanics, older voters, teachers, regular people. "People who aren't in the headlines" is what she said in the speech last night.
It's an uphill fight to beat the forces of fame, wealth, and power especially with the MSM out to destroy your candidacy but Mrs. Clinton is doing alright so far.

But all the celebs the Clintons used to parade around for their benefit was ok right? Barbara Streisand practically lived at the WH in the 90's. That money from Rupert Murdoch helps too but apparently he didn't give enough.

Hillary has gotten all kinds of money from lobbyists, drug companies, insurance companies, etc. To say she is the "grassroots" candidate is false! She just can't budget money, plain and simple. She also can't raise it any longer, that's also plain, but please stop with the "grassroots" thing, it's not true.

16. You should also have mentioned every |
|
host on XM's Air America, Randy Rhodes, Rachel Maddow, Thom Hartman, Ed Scultz, Lionel and Mike Malloy. Don't misunderstand I am not comparing Obama politically to Hilter or anyone else. But Hitler, Charlie Manson, Saddam Hussein, Ronald Reagan and many others were also charismatic talkers. At the company I work for we had a BS artist come in and convinced our stockholders that if they replaced the board of directors with his people and put him in charge he would save our company. He has changed it alright he took a profitable company and last year lost over $200 million and now we are on the verge of bankruptcy and 3000 of us may be out of work.

This is some funny stuff.
I'm not saying Bill Clinton is like Hitler... but both of them were democratically elected leaders of nations.

a charismatic speaker doesn't necessarily mean he would be a good President. Huckabee has a lot of the Republicans convinced he is the second coming would you want him as President? So far all I have seen from Obama is lots of style and little substance. I have read posts on the site for years about Bush allegedly using cocaine, now it seems perfectly fine to elect a Democrat that admitted to it. So far he has gotten a total free ride from the MSM, but I suspect they with the help of Repugs will find lots of skeletons in his closet.
