2. It would be better to see shots of him and his workers trying to
improve the lifes of the homeless and poor. If he does anything like that in New Orleans. Please share.

4. Hillary should have given up her private lear jet...in favor
of her press plane long ago..like Obama...if she did maybe she wouldn't be in such a money crunch.

with the press in 2000.

8. Oh please, all candidates have these types of photos out there
I can't stand Hillary but I can guarantee she has the same types of photos out there. Hell, I remember seeing her in a cutesy little video addressing her plane as a flight attendant.

These photos mean nothing either way. There just a nice glimpse at our chosen candidate, whoever that may be.

10. As a matter of fact, there were few of those with Al Gore.
Some blamed his poor treatment by the press on his failure to schmooze it up with the press.

12. Maybe there are exceptions, but these photos are a dime-a-dozen this cycle
On either side of this election, there are a ton of candid shots of all of the candidates. In either case, it really does nothing more than to give their own supporters a glimpse into their candidate with their guard down. Not really a politically beneficial - or detrimental - type of thing in this cycle.

a proper distance and asked policy -- gosh, remember policy? -- questions of the candidate.

Oh well, such questions wouldn't generate stories for Entertainment Tonight or The CBS EVENING "News" With Katie Couric. Not only are they not entertaining, they are downright boring.

for Bush. The press loved it.

6. Odd. Two weeks ago there were stories about how aloof he is
and how he never talked to the press, kept them at arm's length, etc. And now I've seen pics of him 3 days in a row with the press.

You don't want to be dismissed by the press for being a boring stiff like Al Gore. They like well-rounded fellows like Dubyah Bush. If you've got a brain, which Obama does, you're better off not letting it show.
