2. Obama has more pledged delegates (that is, elected)
More superdelegates (elected officials who can vote for whomever they want) have committed to Hillary. But there are about 300 superdelegates who have not committed that will (IMO) vote for the winner of the pledged delegates. The superdelegates that have committed to either Clinton or Obama can also switch if they want to.

So, arguably, both are winning. :-)
