so whomever Edwards endorses (if he does) is fine with me. I caucused for Hillary, but only because she was so far behind here.

5. I'm an undecided former Edwards supporter. |
|
But it wouldn't sway me one way or the other.

although I would be a little surprised if he did, and I guess I hope he doesn't endorse anyone.

6. At this point, Edwards has waited too long for his endorsement to matter, IMHO. |

I would be furious with him, as it would be a betrayal of everything he has stood for. But it certainly wouldn't affect my support for Obama.

10. It would not be. He stands for UHC and Obama does not. |
|
Clinton takes lobbyist money, Obama does not.
Either candidate is a step down, each for their own reasons.

11. Since Clinton's policy matches Edwards the closest... |
|
It would validate to me that I made the correct decision, as an Edwards supporter.

12. It wouldn't matter. I'd be a little disappointed in Edwards, but it would pass. |
|
It wouldn't affect my preference for Obama at all.

16. I would be really shocked.... |
|
Because most of the Edwards supporters that I have met were more in line with Obama's views.
Also, Edwards was the "populist" candidate. The guy who stood up for the middle class and the little person.
Hillary Clinton is a power broker. She's part of the elite establishment and she's part of the corporate corruption.
If John Edwards endorsed Hillary Clinton, I would respect his decision to do that, but my opinion of John Edwards would drastically change. I mean, he was the only one who had the guts to call out the neocons. Hillary has been along side the neocons--as far as war votes--for a long time.
It would seriously be one of the biggest shockers of this race, so far-for me anyway.
I would have to assume that I completely misunderstood John Edwards.

18. It would say to me that his policies are in good hands in his opinion |
|
However, I stand with Barack Obama who I think has the coattails to win the house and senate -- and in that case, all bets are off as all policies will change with the new legislative landscape to a more progressive (and less Pelosi/Reid-led failure) stance than after 2006.
Thanks for asking!
