since he's just a serial killer. Hubbard is the sacred cow and founder of a large money-making scheme/cult, therefore I feel he is worthy of mocking.

Simply Dems acting like animals caught in a trap thrashing about during their last minutes of life. It ain't pretty and even a bit sad, but take comfort that it won't go on for too much longer!

this belittling bullshit.
It shines a light on those so desperate that they would attempt to ridicule millions of Dems, and later they will have the nerve to ask for their votes.
That is when the problem will start. But they can't see any further than the fucking nose. It's called biting off your nose to spite your face.
It's given me a whole new look at "progressives" in general, and DU in particular. Some people have no boundaries and will go however low they can.
Just bookmark all of the threads where this shit is being reveled. Cause these folks will be reminded of exactly where they went. Plus, it just shows that they ain't no better than Bush and his Bushbots.

To be honest, when ones reply is just some three word bullshit line that means little, then you start to perpetuate that concept and do become what you're afraid of being.

You can say the cult thing is bogus, but you cannot rationally call on the mods to forbid people talking about it.
The post you cite is a Paul Krugman piece, and Krugman is a more respected liberal source even than yourself.

I was unaware I was a respected liberal source :P It's not just that, though...apparently now Obama is 'sacrificing people at his altar' It's getting out of hand, and personal attacks are being mixed in with it.

Hell, a religion's nothing but a cult that made it.

29. Obamites keep screaming for the rules to be changed to save their virgin eyes |
|
This again lends credence to Krugman's point. Obamites can't handle hearing any criticism of Obama or his "movement." You don't see Edwardians or Hillary supporters constantly crying for rule changes to shield their candidate from criticism.

33. Some are stuck on stage IV |
|
Stage I When you do not have the best position on the war - prevaricate
Stage II When you do not have the clear voice of leadership - triangulate
Stage III When you do not have the momentum - trivialize the election just lost
Stage IV When you do not have anywhere to go - instigate a smear on the supporters as unthinking cultists
Stage V When the supporters embrace the slur and turn it around - start backing up the dump truck and release a load against the leader who has sparked a fire across the country.
Stage VI When this desperate tactic is reviled - step aside as the great locomotive of history barrels by you and you turn to watch history pass you by.
We are about to pass out of the Stage IV. It had no traction. These Obama followers took a cue from their leader and rather than casting aspersions on the followers of Clinton simply stated: Cultists = Yes we are and by embracing the absurd made the charge even more ridiculous than it was.
