Did Hillary engage in voter supression tactics?
So Hillary goes and tells people there isn't really an election in Michigan as if it doesn't matter if they show up, and then wants the delegates?

Is it voter supression time all over again?

4. A posting from 2004?
I'm not sure what you're talking about, posting a link to an article from 2004.

But as far as the question about Hillary suppressing voters, since from the various postings around here it is clear that she causes global warming, clubs baby seals, and single-handedly engineered the extinction of the dinosaurs; yeah, she probably did that too.

9. Sure, sure.
Of course you're right. Let us seize upon any other slight evidence you happen upon... oh wait, look, here's an article about ballot box stuffing in Zambia. She must've done that too! It shows a pattern!!!

10. Transcript of an interview before the election.
NHPR's Laura Knoy: "So, if you value the DNC calendar, why not just pull out of Michigan? Why not just say, Hey Michigan, I'm off the ballot?"

Hillary Clinton: "Well, you know, It's clear, this election they're having is not going to count for anything"

12. Whatever, OK?
You just don't read what someone following up to your postings actually writes, do you? You aren't addressing my point that people are using the slightest sneeze to accuse Hillary of nefarious undertakings. Kinda like the 8-year republican witch hunt of Bill & Hillary Clinton.

7. That link goes to a 2004 GOP scam
What are you talking about and why are you implying that Clinton is to blame for a three year old GOP voter suppression?

8. It is a scam that is similar, she said the election wouldn't count.
Then people don't vote.

11. So put up a link showing she discouraged voters in MI.
You're the scam. You show the GOP screwed the people in 2004 and call it proof that Clinton did the same. Well here's one for you -

You blew your nose at a restaurant cause this guy did it and here's a link so I just proved you did it too.

14. MI
Telling the Michigan voters that their vote doesn't count doesn't discourage voting?

Back then it doesn't count, but now that the red carpet to the nomination has been taken away from her, she wants it to count.

17. I would be more concerned with voter suppression from the RNC
They sent out thousands of flyer's to residents of florida stating there vote didn't count due to the DNC not allowing there vote. I didn't get one but I read about it in an article in a newspaper from Tallahassee. She never said the votes in florida or michigan didn't count.

19. What article? There's no article to read.
There is a scan of a few lines and about 906 opinions about the scan that would take an hour to read and what's the frikken point of that? It's only a bunch of paranoid opinions with no facts or any other basis for existing. Sort of like a lot of the stuff here at DU now that I think of it except we have more facts.

20. Yes, she did.
She and Bill sued by proxy to stop students from voting in Iowa and New Hampshire, and to close down the caucuses in the casinos that they supported BEFORE Obama got the union endorsement.

21. I don't get the point of this.
This was a scan of a horrible REPUBLICAN flyer, in 2004. It was indeed voter surpression. But how in the world is this piece of trash linked to Hillary? Jeez, I've seen stretches, but this is a full contortion.

24. What, exactly, did she say to "discourage people from voting"?
Link, please. If you're talking about Michigan, what she said was TRUE, and actually what the Obama people are saying RIGHT NOW. She also said, later, that she wants those votes to count. Whether you agree or disagree with either statement, you can't have it both ways.
