it is the story of a president named Bush who got the country in a war with Iraq, presided over a recession, and saw the national deficit explode. But this movie has a happy ending--like the original movie this Bush doesn't win a second term--and loses by such a big margin that he can't even steal it.

some folks loved Reagan and were so so about Bush

some folks hated Reagan and were against (but not as strongly as Reagan) Bush.

There is less and less middle ground around Babs baby. Folks either love him - or can't stand him. I believe at a much greater proportion of population than were against Reagan.

Babs hubby got beat - in part because Perot ran.

Babs son is reviled - internationally as well as domestically. If he gets beat - it will be soundly. She has NOT lived through this particular script before.
