It's not about which candidate is accused ... it's about the context.

Please contact CNN, MSNBC and AP to tell them their version of patriotism is fucked

This is a forward from DailyKos: http://www.dailykos.com/storyonly/2008/2/24/17467/0743/...

These 3 attacked Obama today.

My message read:
Vietnam Era Vet -- Obama Supporter -- mess with my candidate mess with me
I have had it with the American third reich version of patriotism. Michelle Obama did
not say anything that was not in my heart for years. It was cleansing to hear it on a national stage.

Furthermore, the idea of flags (and fish (with crosses) ) waving from your car or you body is sickening to me.

1. OMG, here's a picture from a recent GOP debate - no pin for Mac or Huck!

No pins for any of the remaining presidential candidates, but Obama is the only unpatriotic one. :eyes:

6. I included the pic in a nasty email to MSNBC and AP. Not sure how the
feedback form works at CNN, but I included the link in the comment section.

The country is in the shitter and the media worries about Obama's missing Chinese-made-flag-lapel pin. :nuke:

4. Lou Dobbs started this crap months ago. To me, the repubs have turned that flag pin into a swastika
Its a disgrace what they have done to this country. Now the equate patriotism with the wearing of a cheap metal pin probably made in Taiwan?

And the ones that cry the loudest have never put on the uniform and had no problem sending men and women off to die.

They have no idea what the flag stands for.

8. Nice to see she is following Obama's lead (again)
Obama made a great case for not opting into such crass patriotism. I'm happy to see Senator Clinton agrees with him.
