But Bush and his minions sure are on the defensive now that Clarke's book is about to be released. Seems like Bush spent millions of dollars on ads trying to make himself out to be a strong wartime leader only to be shown that he is actually an idiot. Seems like Kerry picked the perfect time to take a vacation after all. Whodathunk?

Don

1. A lot of wasted money
on ads that will probably be pulled because it will just draw attention to the issue.

Dayum, isn't there any benefit to have George W. Bush reelected? :D

2. All I see today
is Ahmed Yassin. Clarke is getting waaaay less coverage.

However, they did have Rice on CNN to refute his claims. Now, I'm no psychologist or lawyer, but does she always blink that much and talk that fast? Did anyone else see that interview? She was going a mile a minute and blinking like crazy. That's a sign of lying, isn't it?

Oh, now it's the next story again on CNN, so they are paying attention to it, thank God.

4. Clarke was the lead-off interview on GMA
And Wes Clark was on the Today show, following the robotic performance of Rice.

7. I wish Israel did not make Yassin a martyr
This makes the issues much more uncertain and difficult to deal with in the middle east.

It does provide one opportunity though for Kerry to indicate that Clinton left a dialouge with both parties that the Bush administration ignored until 9/11, and even after that had minimal involvement

3. this is what happens to a liar
have seen from beginning of time. why i chose not to be a liar. if kerry would just stay away from lie, bush will be easy to beat

we knew all this stuff at the time. i heard it. there where things conda said at beginning. why you have to watch every minute every channel when things come out. gotta hear before the talking points, then you know the real feel

and what is going to come out of this, after it is digested back and forth and talkingpoints established, (and bush talking points fast, cult like, his downfall too. cause in awareness, they become only that) we will start looking at his participation of the day of 9/11.

we were silenced after 9/11 and bush became lie, and we allowed. lies dont work. and now they are being re addressed.

so still sitting in fatih, that bush is going to make this easy as pie

he was just that bad

5. I'm Now Convinced the Vacation Was a Rope-a-Dope
They have now gauged how the Chimp is going to attack, and now Clarke has entered the picture...

8. .
It should show the "We are doomed!" crowd because of a ski vacation how much can change from one day to the other.
Especially considering that there are still like 8 months to go.
