According to one of his sons, he may re-enter if McCain falters. http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/washington/2008/02/romneyback.htmlThis election is starting to seem like a soap opera!

That would be fantastic! Keep McCain on his toes for a little longer, and make him look bad, with Romney retracting his endorsement. Plus, it's money McCain would then have to spend against him.

He's about 200 delegates away from the nomination.
It's like saying "I'd like to have sex with Jessica Alba, but only if she offered..."

4. As I pointed on on DU when the McCain Lobbygate scandal broke... |
|
The info about the NY Times having the story of McCain's dealing with a lobbyist was on a pro-Romney website a month earlier.

5. How could Mittens possibly win? |

Huck was beating Mittens in delegate count, but is still mathematically eliminated. Am I missing something?

like McCain fits the bill!

7. Want to hear a funny thing? |

I had a dream last night where Romney entered the race and won it after a major McCain scandal.
I was sad when I woke up and realized it was just a dream. This thread gives me hope.

now if Mitt goes in again, and the sheep take a nimble, may be we will be the victors in Nov. 2008. We better not blow it.

11. I always thought Romney was more electable |
|
Yes, he's an empty suit and a plastic Ken doll, but so was Reagan and he was elected twice.
I've been watching some of McCain's campaign appearances and the guy is just creepy. His Bush-like attempts to scare America come across as demented and angry in a way that isn't normal. It's hard to believe that the country would want four years of this weirdo muttering and glowering.
