Say Good Night, Hillary --->>>
Edited on Tue Feb-26-08 12:14 PM by Stephanie

Whaddaya say we call it a day?

There is a widespread feeling among donors and some advisers, though, that a comeback this time may be improbable. Her advisers said internal polls showed a very tough race to win the Texas primary — a contest that no less than Mr. Clinton has said is a “must win.” And while advisers are drawing some hope from Mrs. Clinton’s indefatigable nature, some are burning out.

Morale is low. After 13 months of dawn-to-dark seven-day weeks, the staff is exhausted. Some have taken to going home early — 9 p.m. — turning off their BlackBerrys, and polishing off bottles of wine, several senior staff members said.

Per Mark Naymik of the Cleveland Plain Dealer: Clinton's lead is shrinking, but she still holds 11 pt lead in polls. Obama is ahead in the 11th congressional district, which holds the largest number of delegates on Ohio. SEIU of Ohio is launching ads in support of Obama today.

The Hillary train is slowing to a crawl as the Obama train is roaring into full-gear. March 5 should be it. Throw in the towel Hillary. Throw back that glass of wine.

14. Wow!
I'm a tad sad to see her looking like this. So here's my heartfelt message:

Hillary:

You have a very nice life and a great job.

Just, go back to it!

Things will be okay! Being a Senator is not so bad...just ask Joe Biden...and Chris Dodd...and John Kerry...and Ted Kennedy...and all of the others who ran for president and lost.

Heck, you have a foot up on poor Dennis Kucinich--after all, he's "only" a U.S. Representative!

So, things could be much worse.

What's that saying: "Count your blessings."? Maybe it's time to sit back and take inventory of your life. You need to move on. With hope, you'll make your mark on the world, someday.

If you had stood up to Dubya at least one time during your tenure as Senator--maybe your mark would have already been made. But, keep looking, I'm sure you'll find some way to make a difference!

Good luck!

P.S.--I'm still expecting that one "great thing" from you. Make me proud!

21. on MSNBC this morning......
Hillary's representatives said, what she needs to do tonight is to be her real self.

David Gregory asked which woman is that? Is it the sincere person where she said (at the end of the last debate) that she was honored to be sitting with Barack? Or is it the one where she said 'shame' in reference to Obama or was it the one where she mimicked Obama's message of hope?

He made an excellent point!!

And she made that abundantly clear this weekend, for anyone who hadn't gotten it already.

32. I like that photo of her. Nice to see she has vices just like the rest of us.
It's easy to lose perspective. Moments like these remind us that all candidates are human.

Obama's vice is cigarettes, and now Nicorette.

Hillary's vice is the occasional glass of wine.

Though I must say, as much as the photo reveals more of her human side, she doesn't look too happy in it.

38. Sen. Clinton is one thing...
Her many, many supporters are another.

So... a message of love from the heart of the O-boat!

We, the sane supporters of Barack Obama, love all of you. You are our brothers and sisters.

Our fighting was fun, who doesn't like a good tussle to vent our frustration?

But now we must get into the unity-mindset.

Democrats, it's almost time for war.

We're loading the big guns on to the O-boat, and we need more gunners.

Whaddaya say, Hillsters? Join us, and let's beat the bad guys. Hillary will still be a powerful voice in the senate, and true progressives can push President Obama to get behind the Conyers single-payer bill, (after we get a real majority).

Join us, Hillsters!

Si Se Puede!
