She lost all regions of the state except northeastern Ohio |
|
This could be another case like Nevada where broad district support allows Obama to take more delegates even when losing state wide.

24. What part are you confused about? |
|
The numbers I gave were the totals. Take the male and female numbers and weight them based on their proportion to get overall exit results.
Obama: .52 * 41 + .45 * 59 = 47.9 Clinton: .47 * 41 + .54 * 59 = 51.1

Just go to their exit poll and do the multiplication on women and men and you will see these results.

The exit polls had Clinton winning Missouri by about 5 points. She lost that state.

|

And they have error just like any poll. With 1577 respondents the MoE should be close to 2.5%. Add in possible sampling error and this could easily shift.

23. Ohio results probably won't be available till tomorrow |
|
they aren't counting the ballots at the polling places in many of the counties, including Cuyahoga.
They aren't using voting machines in those precincts, but are having voters mark an optical scan ballot.
The SOS is having those counties pick up the ballots "mid day" to be hauled to the county office to begin counting. Then there is the final pickup at the end of the day.
It is possible that these polling places will be shut down during the time of pick up.
It will be hairy.
