NO to shared ticket! No to supporters of war crimes.

Clinton should not be on the ticket, neither should anyone be on the ticket that voted to support Bush's position to attack Iraq, to support a war of aggression.

so obama should not consider having hillary or joe or harry reid or kerry or any other such politician on his ticket.

Want me to give you a million reasons?
Look at the gravesites of the Iraqi men, women and children. Then tell me if such a person is worthy of even cleaning toilets in the white house, much less worthy of political office. Look at the graves of thousands of young people sent to Iraq, and then tell me what Noble Cause they were sent for?

The slaughter in Iraq was not just a bad idea, it was a crime.

1. If Obama gets the nom...
I doubt he will chose Hillary as VP. She needs him, he doesn't need her.

A lot of people voted to support Bush's war over the years.

So who?

4. IF Obama had been in the Senate, he would have voted for the IWR.

He doesn't have the courage to stand apart from the Senate. Only one Senator, Bob Graham voted against it.

In 2002 Obama made one (1) speech against the war at a rally in Chicago. He was an Illinois state senator then and nobody heard about it outside Chicago.

In July 2004, while he was running for the Senate, Obama said his position on the war was basically the same as George Bush's. The war was pretty popular with the public then. He'd STILL support it if he thought it would help him politically. He's a politician and one who hasn't been vetted yet, which is the most dangerous sort of candidate. The vetting of Hillary Clinton goes back to the Eighties.

Obama has voted for every funding bill to continue the war and he voted to renew the PATRIOT Act. He has said that he wants to put 100,000 more boots on the ground.

Obama is not anti-war, not anti-NAFTA, only anti-Clinton.

Hillary Clinton can beat McCain, Obama can't.

So who do you want: Hillary Clinton or John McCain?

Yes, I'd like a perfect progressive candidate, too but that's reality: Clinton or McCain. Obama can not win in November. Those crossover Republicans will doublecross to vote for McCain.

8. much truth in that. I support Nobody.
Edited on Wed Mar-05-08 12:43 PM by Tom Joad
Nobody is supporting universal health care, not-for-profit.
Nobody is supporting ending aid for Israel as it continues the Occupation of Palestine.
Nobody is for complete withdrawal of US military and mercenaries out of Iraq in 6 months.
Nobody is supporting fair trade over "free trade" and stopping the WTO and Nafta.

Nobody should answer that phone at 3am from some general who wants to make war.
