That sure favors clinton. How do they get so many delegates and even more than some states.

They are bragging now with their 55 delegates they will decide who wins.

It was on CNN any one hear about this?

2. Their governor has endorsed Obama.
And it's a proportional divide, so their votes won't dictate who will win. HRC is behind 150 Pledged Delegates.

Puerto Rico is a Proportional Split of Pledged Delegates
I keep seeing posts that state that Puerto Rico is winner take all, however that is not the case. In the Presidential Primaries, PR is allotted a fixed number of delegates, that are split proportionately.

The pledged delegates are allocated among the states according to two main criteria: 1) proportion of votes each state gave the candidate in the last three Presidential elections; and 2) percentage of votes each state has in the Electoral College. Fixed numbers of delegates are allocated for Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Democrats Abroad. Under the party's Delegate Selection Rules for the 2008 Democratic National Convention<7>, delegates are awarded via proportional representation with a minimum threshold of 15% of votes in a state or congressional district to receive delegates. The delegate population must reflect the state's ethnic distribution; and at least 50% of the delegates must be women.

3. Yes, it is true. PR cannot handle the large crowds they expect with a caucus
so they are going to have a primary instead. Another change is that the primary will be on June 1, the caucus was scheduled for June 7.

7. This says otherwise
http://blog.washingtonpost.com/fact-checker/2008/02/will_puerto_rico_decide_everyt.html

"Puerto Rico comes at the end....It is a winner-take-all primary, 63 delegates at stake, a bigger margin for the winner than in California, New York, Illinois. So this thing could be settled by Puerto Rico."

--New York Times columnist David Brooks, PBS News Hour, Feb. 6, 2008.
