Poll question: HOW ABOUT HOWARD DEAN AS OBAMA'S VICE-PRESIDENT?
He'd be an awesome compliment to Obama on the ticket, IMO!

1. Would be my dream ticket, but no
Unfortunately, the media damaged Dean in 2004, and I don't think putting him on the ticket is a good idea, much as I personally would love to see him run again someday. But I'm really glad to have him as DNC chair...I think he's done great things for the party in his current role and want him to continue serving as DNC chair (which is one of the reasons I support Obama, knowing that one of Clinton's first acts after becoming the nominee would be to get rid of Dean).

2. You make great points- Does everyone know a Hil win would mean
the termination of Dean as DNC Chairman? That alone is a horrible result of a Hil Presidency. That she would replace with someone like McAuliffe would be even worse.

4. Only problem is, I don't think he can be seen as taking sides, even later on.
He needs to remain impartial.

But I voted "Hell Yes", since there wasn't a "Fuck Yes" option. Although my top choice has gotta be Russ Feingold.

15. I voted yes, but
I'd like to see him as an advisor, like Rove or Card were to Bush. He should be in the White House in some capacity, but where he also has some say in policy.
