Obama's next move

He should take a play right out of the GOP book from 2000. Just act like you have won. I believe he ought to start "leaking" his short list of potential VP choices and if needed; actually announce one. Break away from the tired political tradition and slap Hillary in one shot.

1. He really doesn't need to act like it

He is the nominee barring 100-175 Hillary miracles and or delegates.

2. Yes, and to that end, start attacking McCain in earnest.

And by "attacking" I mean offering cogent arguments against McCain's Bushite agenda and for his own.

While keeping alive news items that embarrass McCain, but are dying on the vine for lack of sunlight as the media keeps focusing on this stupid, irrelevant little catfight between our presumptive nominee and the hanger-on.

3. Exactly he can start attacking Mccain now

and just ignore Hillary like she's irrelevant. That would be a very good strategy.

It's his website, and it's the only place I could find where Barak is directly, officially, offering a counterpunch. So far they ALL seemed aimed at Hillary. Why?

Surely there are plenty of right wing idiots talking smack about "Barak Hussein Osama." Let's just act like Hillary's pathetic jabs are the "last throes", just a bit, and get some anti-Republican stuff in there, Barak!

but his problem for this tactic is getting the media coverage to drive it home. I see wall-to-wall Hillary 24 hours a day on MSNBC and CNN.

You see, the GOP Corporate Media doesn't want to assist Obama with the "I've already won" tactic; they are working overtime to help Hillary with her "it's not over yet and I can still WIN it" tactic.

he is still winning AFTER Ohio and Texas. May have really "won" Texas after all, by pulling in more net delegates.

Right now Clinton and McCain are doubleteaming him. The answer, go after them both. I don't know about naming running mates--it's sort of presumptive. I nice jibe about how if Hillary loses the Democratic race she's setting up to become McCain's running mate might do nicely.
