I was just watching Bill Clinton on CNN and he was in Biloxi, campaigning for
Hillary. He was talking about veteran's issues and he said that Hillary passed a bill that guaranteed that all our soldiers coming out of Afghanistan and Iraq are tested for traumatic brain injury. Isn't that the Durbin bill that Obama consponsored and was so successful? I don't see Hillary's name anywhere on that bill or Obama's amendment.

2. I was hoping that he wasn't lying. I went back and rewatched it a couple of
times to make sure I heard exactly what he said. He said "Hillary passed legislation that guaranteed..."

I thought that was the Durbin bill. And I'm more than willing to be shown I'm wrong, if that's the case. If I'm right, then that wasn't just misleading, it was an outright lie.

3. I think she actually did sponsor a bill - don't know if it passed.
Props if that's the case.

4. I agree completely, if she did. I knew Obama had co-sponsored
Durbin's bill and pushed the amendment that directly impacted traumatic brain injury. This was in May 2007 when they introduced the bill. I can't find Hillary's bill.

9. He clearly said "She passed..." Not voted for, not supported, but passed. It
looks like ol' Bill was taking a few liberties with his language.

7. That is the Durbin bill that Obama co-sponsored
Let's not forget about the Lugar-Obama Act to prevent nuclear proliferation.

What act with Hillary's name has passed Congress? And I don't mean naming a post office either!

14. He said passed. I went back several times and watched it to make sure
that was what I heard, because it struck me as odd and it was something I hadn't heard before.

12. I found that, but it's not a passed bill. It was introduced and died in
committee. I can't find any legislation that she passed, which is what Bill said.
