Hillary's lowest point during this election? |
|
I have to say it was probably 'as far as I know'
Just the idea that she thinks because she gives a vague answer to the Muslim question,America will suddenly think 'hmm...maybe this guy is a super evil Muslim terrorist with a nefarious plan to bring down America...' You know, because that's not far fetched at all.
I lost respect for her, because aside the race baiting and obvious moral issues, it was just such a stupid thing for an intelligent woman to do. Everyone I know basically rolled their eyes and thought how pathetic she was.

rejected her clean "no way" answer and implied he might know differently - deal with it.

You really think she would have given such an answer if it were Edwards or McCain?
With anyone else you could possibly give them the benefit of the doubt and say, possibly it looked worse than it was, or they didn't mean it to come off like it did, but really, Hillary doesn't deserve the benefit of the doubt anymore. I refuse to believe that such a vague answer was a complete accident.
And this was shortly after the Kenya picture, bear in mind.

told an outsider and suddenly it was on Drudge. The photo went out to the media via the GOP via publication in the National Examiner 3 weeks earlier with the sale of 400,000 copies at that time.
It was part of a discussion on the media's bad choice of photo's for Hillary.
As to the Muslim comment - she gave the no room for questions answer - that there was no way he was Muslim - and the interviewer refused to accept it as final.
then she gave a polite restatement and showed sympathy for Obama and his having to answer stupid assertions.
Never has such a nice sensitive ethical person like Hillary gotten such rotten media - except Gore had the same experience.

The hatred so many in her own party have shown her is evidence that O. really is using Rovian below-the-rader smear tactics. The R.'s won't need to attack her in November as the R.s have gotten the Dems. to do it for them.

Endorsing the republican guy over the near certain democratic nominee was appalling. She basically told the party 'it's me or no one'. And you wonder why dems would be pissed?

For me was when she said that she and McCain would bring in a "lifetime" of experience, but all Obama had was a speach! We will see that a million times in the GE no matter which one of them get the nomination. It was about as low as she could get, but then I keep thinking that, and she turns arround and does something even lower!:eyes:

She said the REPUBLICAN NOMINEE would be a better president.
How many times do you think their going to replay that clip in the upcoming election?
'see, even the people in his own party think McCain is better suited to be president.'

She said no such thing. You're being reactionary and ignorant in your interpretation.
Furthermore, if Obama wins the nomination, he could turn that around and make McCain look like a fool for saying it in a heartbeat. I'm amazed that so many of you act like you support Obama so much, yet have so little respect and so much fear about his ability to deflect such weak attacks.
This does nothing to hurt him. You and others want to make that case in order to humiliate and disparage Hillary. But in reality, she did no such thing and caused no such harm.
Like I said: Welcome. You'll fit in just fine in this crowd of reactionaries.

'said no such thing. You're being reactionary and ignorant in your interpretation.'
McCain brings experience. Obama brings a speech.
How could anyone hear that and not think she's saying McCain is better?
'Furthermore, if Obama wins the nomination, he could turn that around and make McCain look like a fool for saying it in a heartbeat. I'm amazed that so many of you act like you support Obama so much, yet have so little respect and so much fear about his ability to deflect such weak attacks.'
When a repsected and high profile memeber of the democrats says the guy in the other party would be a better president that's the guy likely running that is way more than a weak attack. Its one thing for the republicans to say he's inexpereinced. But when it comes from within your own party? That's a good deal more complicated.
'This does nothing to hurt him. You and others want to make that case in order to humiliate and disparage Hillary. But in reality, she did no such thing and caused no such harm.'
If the republicans don't run one negative ad using that clip, I guess you'll be right. But something tells me they will.
