1. No Amnesty, Pardons, Immunity !!

Come January 2009 - should any person from the previous administration be holding a pardon issued by shrub, be immediately subject to rendition to the International Court in the Netherlands. All assest frozen and seized by the government.

Corporations receiving immunity by this Congress, be stripped of said immunity and become subject to the full extent of the law.

3. Remove the highlighted words from the 2004 platform. "We will protect Americans' Second Amendment

right to own firearms, and we will keep guns out of the hands of criminals and terrorists by fighting gun crime, reauthorizing the assault weapons ban, and closing the gun show loophole, as President Bush proposed and failed to do."

4. Universal healthcare, or at the very least, something that resembles it.

Equal rights for GLBT people.

A PROMISE to end the war, very soon, with DETAILS.

A repeal of Bush's tax cuts for the wealthy.

Trade policies that benefit the American worker.
