9. I just can't believe she did this, and here's my little tidbit that tipped me off....

She said they had specialist from Japan to extract the caviar. I saw this being done once on TV, and I admit that it's nasty work and I wouldn't want to do it, but it's not like it's rocket science. There's no special training involved in extracting the caviar. There's no special schools, it doesn't require a Bachelor's degree, or even apprentice training for that matter. You cut the fish a certain way and reach your finger in carefully and pull it out.
