Why are Lattes so terrible, anyway?
Can someone explain to me how the humble Latte--espresso with steamed milk--has morphed into THE HOT DRINK THAT WILL DESTROY OUR PARTY!!!1!!1! I haven't seen so much invective hurled at an innocent beverage since Bill O' Reilly boycotted French Wine!

Honestly, people have accused me and my fellow Obama voters of being "Latte-sippers" so may times, I'm now actually curious to what they taste like. (I'm not much of a coffee drinker.) Couldn't be that bad, could it? And do all Hillary supporters take theirs black, no cream, no sugar, no milk, the raw, unground beans crunching between their teeth? I bet some of 'em reach for the Half n' Half now and then, when nobody's looking...

Also I've been thinking--if some Good Samaritan treats a homeless man to a hot drink on a cold March afternoon, and the drink happens to be a latte, does the vagrant immediately morph into an effete, Prius-driving, Upper Middle Class snob? What a magical fluid---how could anyone object to it? Why, it could cure unemployment practically overnight!

Forget about Kool-Aid--Lattes are now the official Obama drink of choice. Let's face it--they're the Blue State Freedom Fries.

So 90% of the states don't matter, latte drinkers don't matter...

Doesn't sound like very much matters to Clinton. Not the most awesome of qualities in a President.

EDIT: I don't have much truck with latte drinking wusses myself - but then again, I'm not running for fucking President.

Viva le drip coffee!
