The Commander -in- Chief test...
Well call me crazy but isn't that what the primaries are? If you win, then you are qualified, at least by the standards of the voters. Plain and simple.

2. What can I say? He did win the election (the second one at least)
"Qualified" is obviously a matter of opinion, not really based on much of anything.

3. He never actually, legally won anything in his entire life....
He has lied, cheated, connived, manipulated or had his father pay people to do it for him...for his entire life.
