THere will be a lot more federal indictments/prosecutions of Dems for the rest of 2008 |
|
Remember, federal prosecutors/US Attorneys who are still in their jobs have passed Rove's loyalty test, which means that over the past 7 years they have engaged in partisan political prosecutions of Dems as well as ignoring the various high crimes and misdemeanors of Republicans. Why is Spitzer being targeted while Vitter remains a US Senator? Why has the perjury committed by nearly every member of the Rove administration been ignored? Why is Siegelman in prison without due process?
Put Spitzer's persecution in perspective.

1. I am confident that we will see a regular parade of puke criminals |
|
between now an November. One a month for a few months, then 2 a month, then one a week, and the culture of corruption will still be their mantle.

I still think we will see more pukes fall than Dems. We can't look to the DoJ to do it.

3. Yep, and this is exactly what Naomi Wolf was writing about |

in her book the End of America
This is one of the best indicators of fascism... but people still DON'T get it
Oh and expect those high profile prosecutions to drive people from high profile offices, and what the wire tapping is for

every prominent Dem has had his/her phone and e-mail conversations monitored for years, whilst all conversations by Repukes have been erased.
I wonder why Schumer was unable to foresee this when he voted to let the scumbag Mukasey run the DoJ.

8. How is Spitzer being "targeted" differently than Vitter? |
|
Both had their embarrassing moment, neither is losing their job, and neither will be prosecuted.

9. I will bet you pennies to pounds that |
|
1. Spitzer will end up out of a job 2. He will be the subject of federal interest, if not prosecution 3. This will be in the news until November 4. He will not get a standing ovation at the next party assembly, the way Vitter was

11. Spitzer will be treated differently by his own party, for sure... |
|
If he's out of a job, it will be because Democrats have asked him to step down (he won't get kicked out), and he won't get a standing ovation because Democrats will hold their leaders to a higher standard than repukes do. If it's news in November, it will be back page by then. The press is going to have a whole bunch of other presidential candidate scandals (real or imagined) to handle. He may be the subject of an investigation. After all, can a former prosecutor break the law and not get investigated without having his former colleagues at least appear to be showing favoritism? He won't actually be prosecuted. While the repukes are happy for the scandal, even they don't want to set a precedent of prosecuting high ranking politicians for this.
