My first GDP post - Obama handled himself VERY well on Fox.
Edited on Fri Mar-14-08 08:49 PM by Maat
Of course, now, they are totally twisting what he said.

Yeah - at least Mr. Colmes is bringing up outrageous things Hagee and Parsley have said.

Oh, and, boy, could I bring up quotes of Chuck Colsen of the Fellowship. Oh, let's see, who prays with members of the Fellowship on a regular basis ... oh, that's right, it's Hillary (link for that - http://www.motherjones.com/news/feature/2007/09/hillarys-prayer.html ).

3. The interviewer was asking very leading questions such as
"If you had heard Wright say this or that would you have quit the church?" Then, they say that if they find evidence that he heard it, his campaign wouldn't be able to go on.

It's pure FOX B.S.

6. Yes, I noticed that .. and Obama handled it very well.
He kept the focus on something happening on an ongoing basis, and while the individual in question was in the pulpit.

He didn't take the bait, and calmly addressed the issues.

4. I wish I would have seen that!
But.......I'll wait for clips, rather than turn on FAUX.

I can't even look at Hannity, he's just an offensive douchebag to me.

8. Obama seems to be unflappable.
maybe the Hillary campaign should take note. for everything they sling at him, he comes out the wiser adult for it.

remarkable trait, he has. something very needed in these most interesting times.

9. Agreed- he was Excellent-- Clear, Calm, Honest, Direct, Focused and--
PRESIDENTIAL - how about that- a candidate for President acting -- PRESIDENTIAL. What a concept.

I pray that this stupid story will fade away now so we can get back to focusing on real issues- such as whether we are about to bomb Iran (and hearing each candidate's view about this), how we are going to take back our constitution which has as we know been hijacked, global warming and what they will do NOW, the economy, Iraq, etc.

14. My second time turning to FOX to watch the interview and I wanted to KILL Hannity
But I stayed on to watch Obama handle himself nicely under very leading questions from that douchebag Major Garrett (dumbass name). "did he marry you and michelle?" yes "did he baptize your children" yes "have you been going to the church for 20 years?" yes. WTF kinda questions are these anyway, this stuff is already known. But I know he only asked them to make Obama look guilty, didn't work though.

16. Fox wallows in filth and lies
the TRUTH is just too hard to handle. Once again, Obama was even tempered, and truthful.
I won't be clicking on those bushtard weenies for a LOONG time. That was bad enough!
