Poll question: Poll. Obama Crisis: Tempest in a Teapot or Catastrophe? |
|
Like many others, I'm having trouble estimating the real damage that has gone on here, allegedly, to Obama's campaign as a result of the Reverend Wright fiasco.
What do you think?

...Hillary hasn't yet conceded, so probably until the convention. If she concedes earlier, then Wright can be countered by Hagee, Robertson, et. al. We'll have to wait and see.

An attempted "swiftboating" that will serve to strengthen and reinforce his message of hope. A catalyst that will re-envigorate his campaign and drive it over the finish line into the White House.
This may backfire on the perpetrators of this cynical ploy..

10. Does anyone expect honest answers in polls like this? |
|
The country is 50/50.
DU is 70/30.
Polls like this are pre-answered at DU.

11. The media is helping to push the story along kind of like "Dean's Scream" . |
|
So I would say its a catastrophe based on the constant lead in stories shown on all the major news networks daily. Everyone is talking about it so of course it spurs the media on. It doesn't play well for Obama.
