karl rove's been a busy little boy |

I've noticed in the past couple of weeks how right wing shills on radio, TV and in newspapers are starting to quack about how our soire into Iraq has nothing to do with halliburton or Oil Fields. They say evil liberals keep saying these nasty things about our god fearing resident and the vice resident. That its totally wrong that there is any connection to cheney's war for profit energy task force and bush's desire to go to iraq. In other words, talking papers have been forwarded to suppress the truth. Obviously, there is a connection. karl knows DU knows, but he can't afford to have the masses of lemmings get a whiff of the truth.

Maybe they're expecting the Supremes to rule against cheney in the Energy docs case, and are "pre-emptively" attempting damage control.
maybe?

2. The thought crossed my mind |

Lil karl is always thinking of ways to keep the cat in the bag. Maybe the supremes will rule for or maybe they will rule against, but if you are really a sleazy worthless human being you must always prepare to deal with the truth, regardless of how damaging. Besides millions of Americans could not possibly care less if we went to war so bush could give halliburton billions - that's our good christian conservative moral absolutist fellow citizens.

3. How does Karl know how the Supreme Court is going rule? |

Has Cheney and Scalia been ducking hunting since the oral argument?

4. I imagine he's done a little pre-count count. |

I don't think he likes suprises very much.
If the SCOTUS sides against Cheney, it'll be bad for Bush.
If the SCOTUS sides against Cheney, it'll be bad for Bush due to the close relationship between Cheney and Scalia. He'll have his victory, however.
