What specific steps would Obama take to reduce racial discrimination
in this country?

What laws would he help pass? Which would he help to amend or repeal?

4. Funny you mentioned that
the other day the meme of the fascist hate radio shows was that Obama was born in '62. Since the civil rights and voting acts were passed in '64 & '65, Obama never had to deal with discrimination. See all discrimination ended on the days those laws were signed.
What to do? Use the bully pulpit to show that a person can be a good president no matter skin color or gender.
Actuall it may make the less pigmented presidents look bad. Especially the most recent.

7. Stop insinuating that every criticism of him is racially motivated.
That would be a good start.

11. Kinda like
How every critic of HRC is a "sexist"?

Why don't we ask about what Hillary would do within the subject of race? Or has she already made that clear by trying to scare white voters away from Obama?
