Outraged Snoopy declares HE, not HILLARY, shot down Red Baron

At a morning press conference outside his trusty Sopwith Camel, Snoopy, beloved canine star of print and screen, expressed his outrage at Democratic Presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton's claims to have shot down the Red Baron during a trip to Europe as First Lady. Snoopy presented archival footage clearly showing HIM, not Hillary, in a pitched air battle over eastern France. Snoopy also allowed the press to tour his doghouse, err, Sopwith Camel and see the bullet holes sustained during the dogfight.

Following the brief press conference, Hillary spokesperson Socks the Cat stated that the Senator says "millions of words" throughout the campaign, and that she was taken out of context by the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy, Fox News, the Wall Street Journal, and the comic section of every major and local newspaper in the country. Socks continued... "This does nothing to diminish her credibility as the most experienced candidate in the race, with over 100 years of government and combat experience!" When pressed for more details, Socks stormed away from the interviewer, muttering something about "why don't you ask Snoopy about Ron Brown's plane? Or Buddy the dog's "accident"???", followed by some hissing and the spitting up of a hairball consisting of both fur and Obama! bumper stickers clawed off the back of a neighbor's Toyota Prius.
