She's pretty much toast it seems to me. Bagley is a good dem and that's a pretty hard hitting cartoon.

18. Hillary attacking Obama over Wright

My 84 year old mother is very liberal and thinks Wright is right (except about AIDS).

She heard Obama's race speech and called to say she really liked it. Then she called my sister to tell her to watch Anderson Cooper the night he had Obama on. Then she called me when Hillary said Wright would not have been her pastor and said: "What happened to her? What is wrong with her? Was she always like this and we were so busy defending the Clintons we didn't see it?"

She said she was going to write Hillary's campaign to tell her to drop out. I'm sure she will or already has.

My mom is the original feminist (didn't take my dad's name when she married in 1947) and has been giving money (she's not rich so not a lot but I'm sure she was regular about it, maybe monthly) since she ran for the Senate. For 8 long years, she said, I've been sending her money and she does a rotten thing like this (comments about Wright).

Odd what things turn people off. The McCain thing didn't bother me as much as some others and the Bosnian thing seems par for the course but I HATED her mocking Obama folk. That's when I fell off the fence. She was mocking my SON who has been an Obama supporter forever.

can you imagine taking your kid off the plane if there was gun fire? And, to tell the story about YOU instead of your kid. Had it been me, I'd have been completely talking about "and Chelsea was with us and all I could think about was getting her out of there."


Maybe its the momma bear in me but there is NO WAY I would have gotten off that plane if there was a risk of my kid getting shot.

And not just once, at least 3 times and counting.
