...some temporary "Magic Fixes" right before the election. After the election (IF they win...Shutter) the price and fixes will just as magically disappear.

We'll all be able to afford to drive SUVs crosscountry for about five weeks prior to the election. Then, they'll go back up to $2.50 a gallon.

by increasing the supply and therefore attempting to lower the price of oil, they cannot control the demand. China is not slowing down its demand for oil nor are the SUV owners scaling back their demand for gasoline.
