I know some people are complaining to you about Michigan and Florida, but you promised us that you'd run the DNC with integrity and that you wouldn't back down to powerful interests, and you've kept your word.

I know some people are complaining that the primary selection is taking too long, but these are the same people who complained in 2004 about the nominee being crowned after Iowa and you worked to make sure that more Democrats have a say in our choice of nominee.

I know some people are complaining that you're not bringing in enough money, but you promised a new height in Democratic funding and for the entirety of your leadership total donations to the Democratic party have skyrocketed - mostly due to individual donors who felt excluded from the process before you took control. Who could have believed that two of our candidates could raise $100 million and more before you came along?

I guess it's true that the worst thing you can do for some people is to do what they want.

So thank you Gov. Dean. You gave us what we asked for and I appreciate your work. You are a true Democratic Hero!

1. I don't care about Florida
Yes, I voted here. They are no better than any other state and need to LEARN that.

2. Dean will seat both Florida and Michigan.
But he'll do it in a way that doesn't allow them to influence the nomination.

That's the real irony of this whole situation. Florida and Michigan politicians wanted to play the role of kingmakers but ended up as court jesters.

3. Yes, it is apparent that many posters here don't care about 2~ votes.
But they will defend for hours that a caucus with 1000 votes counts as much if not more. No, really, I heard that a caucus vote is "more valuable." True story!

6. So Your Theory is That a Caucus Vote in One State
should be counted as equivalent to a primary vote in another state? Brilliant!

9. Apparently there aren't enough that do.
You'd think people would come in and stand up for him, but I'm not seeing much support. :(
