"The Dean Effect: Howard's Crowd is Branching Out" Love this article!
http://www.sevendaysvt.com/-thisweek/feat/features.html

SNIP..."When Howard Dean arrives at his office for our interview, he doesn’t look like a beaten man. He stretches out in his chair and puts his hands behind his head. Wearing jeans and a button-down white shirt with a tie, he appears rested, relaxed and eager to answer questions from a hometown reporter. When asked how he’s feeling, the 55-year-old ex-governor says he’s doing great. “I’m just lamenting the schedule, which is becoming more and more like a presidential campaign every day,” he says."

SNIP..."He’s learned by now to be more cautious in his optimism, but he can’t help getting a little caught up in the enthusiasm he still sees around him. “I’m not much for hype,” he says, “as you may recall from my gubernatorial career, but I am actually beginning to believe that we may have actually started a revolution.”

That sounds so much like his pre-Iowa, optimistic self that he feels compelled to qualify it. “On cable they carry on about this stuff,” he says, “and I never believe anything they say on cable television anymore, but there is an enormous vigor out there, and it continues to go past the campaign, which is important. I mean, every day we get away from the campaign, and the vigor continues, and the enthusiasm continues, the more evidence there is that we really have done something that’s substantive, and that’s going to last.”END SNIP

There is a lot here on what previous staff are doing, very interesting.

I still think Deaniacs should kick in and write a series of books.

2. They are! LOL
They are putting together a Howard Dean cookbook for Deanfest in Boston in July. I know someone posts at the blog with an address to post your recipes. I think that is a great idear.

There is another one being put together more professional, with submissions, but I lost the link to that site. I know a lot contributed to it, but I really can't find it now.

5. Ddo you know if they captured all the blog entries?
There were loads of great stories. Plus I'd love to hear more about things like the Sleepless Summer Tour and all the other wonderful things Trippi and Dean did.

9. This was a separate site to which people contributed.
I think Heddafoil knows the link. I can not find it anywhere. I would love to order the book.

8. Most don't. Glad you do.
I never attack Kerry. I don't attack others, yet it seems to really upset a lot of people when I post good things about Dean.

I do it for a reason. I think his organization is becoming an amazing entity, it will help Kerry get elected, and it is getting a lot of attention to local candidates. It has many large donors, and many fairly large ones throughout the country. And yes, I think it is revolution of sorts, and it is becoming very large. It is good for a country to have varied voices within a party.

I think all the other supporters should post what their former candidates are doing as well.

I also post because I don't think this should just be a rah rah board for anyone. We are all Democrats who care about our country and want the best for it.

It is being ignored here, but Bev Harris and Dr. Elaine Kamarck posted at the blog the last two days about the e-voting....David Dill posted before them. There are almost 100,000 who signed the e-voting petition at the site. Now that is amazing in 3 days!
