SNIP..."Honolulu-AP) -- Former Democratic presidential candidate Howard Dean rallied one-thousand applauding and cheering Hawaii Democrats at their Waikiki convention today, telling them he's still doing everything in his power "to change the presidency."

The former Vermont governor levied a stream of accusations against the Republican administration.

He made it clear he's fully behind presumptive Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry, saying, "This is about sending George Bush back to Crawford, Texas."
