When will the MSM Start to Spin an Obama win in PA?
I'm not talking about spin that HELPS Obama...but spin that downplays a win by him in a state most considered a sure-fire loss (now that's not looking like it will happen). Clinton has gone from a 20-30 point lead to mere digits. I'm still waiting for the SUSA and new Rasmussen numbers, but my guess is that they will both continue to follow the trend. Depending on how Obama finishes that final week (mostly the last 3 days) will definently help his chances out. He needs a strong finish like the one he got pre-Wisonsin and not pre-March 4. I think if Obama beats her, the race is officially over. If she can't win a state that was served up to her on a silver platter...then what CAN she win anymore?

So the media, in an effort to milk the race as long as possible...will likely begin a talking point this week about how a win by Obama in PA MIGHT NOT end things for Hillary and that she has a CHANCE (whatever the fuck that may be) to beat Obama for the nomination. It's TOTALLY possible!!! :sarcasm:

1. Why mark it as sarcasm? It DOES sound totally possible!
And haven't we already heard that a win by poor, underdog Hillary of even 5 points is a win? I think I heard Rendell say something like that.

4. You don't see her campaign as fatally flawed at this point, then?

7. I see Obama as fatally flawed...
Do you really think a man who has no experience, a limited understanding of economic and foreign policy, membership in a racist, hateful church and little to no significant support in OH, PA, MI and FL can win the general election? I think not.

9. Gosh, where to begin?
No experience?? More legislative experience than Hillary, but fewer diplomatic dinners
Membership in a church which has done a lot of good in the community (and you should read or listen to more of the sermons)
Little or no significant support in...
Ohio...nearly tied (if you remove the Republicans who crossed over, perhaps tied or even better)
PA...oh, that's why he's polling even?
MI...not on the ballot - try again!
FL...was it 25 or 30% as a practically unknown candidate in January...wanna hold the election today and see how many votes he gets?

I probably shouldn't have even bothered answering, I'm not sure you'll even see this. But are you wilfully uninformed or just uninterested in doing a bit of reading on "the other" candidate?

6. As soon as they get ahold of the newest ARG poll, sadly.
We need to keep our guard up, people...I would put Obama's chances at actually winning at somewhere around 20-25%. Not good odds.

However, I would put the odds of a 5-10 point Hillary win at about 70%--and she needs to win by twice that.

8. I think the spin has already started with the raised expectation of him winning in the first place..
.... And will continue by asking the making-shit-up-question "what's wrong with Obama?" when he loses.

The reality is that as long as he loses PA by single digits, it's a win, delegate-wise.
