Yesterday, someone posted that there's a rumor that Howard might replace Terry as the head of the DLC. I hope they we right! I think he'd do a great job!!!

4. Howard did a variation of The Scream again. It was great!

The end of his speech he began a shouting mantra about how we are not going to be lectured by the Jerry Falwells any more, or the Rush Limbaughs or the Newt Gingrichs, etc. The next 5 months is not enough. We need a 10 year program to reverse the right wing takeover of America. We can't afford to have a Kerry administration be merely a liberal waystation in a right wing zeitgeist (my words, not his).
