So can we all at agree that Bill is officially a liability to HRC's campaign?
Snipergate was looking like it was finally fading into the sunset, and then what does Bill go and do? He kicks it back into the middle of the room again? And undercuts her "3 a.m." campaign ad while he's at it? I mean, what the fuck?

Even if it was in name only, losing Mark Penn was a step in the right direction for Hillary's campaign. But apparently Penn was only one of her most glaring liabilities.

If Hillary is going to have even a fraction of a ghost of a chance of somehow eking out the nomination, she needs to send Bill back to Chappaqua until December. He will do her a lot more good falling asleep in front of the Golf Channel than he could ever do stumping for her.

/incredulous rant

4. Who knows?
If she had gone out on her own and campaigned as her own woman, things might have turned out differently.

I'm trying to give Hillary the benefit of the doubt for some reason.

2. Yup.
Hillary had to define herself as an original, he prevented that from coming true. I like what the guy has to say and all, but things went down this way.

5. Lay off him, why don't you?
Everyone knows the crowds he gathers wherever he goes, and his easy way of communicating is a boon to Hillary's campaign.

He has been and still is a great American.

6. So you *don't* think he's a liability to her campaign?
You think he's helping? Is that what you're saying?

7. Nobody is saying he isn't a great American.
What we are saying is that at this time he is a liability to Hillary's campaign.

18. His policies made it MUCH harder for me and mine.
It could be argued that he did what little he could in the face of a conservative tidal wave, but with his popularity, which grew at every scandal, and with his communication skills, he could have used those assets to go straight to the American people and do more to stop the policies that left the blue collars screwn.

8. I tend to look at it differently. He's good for Obama's campaign during the Primary.
As far as Hillarys campaign,

15. It's amazing to see him make one mistake after another
He used to be such a skilled politician. Or maybe he's just as skilled, but that particular skill that used to work so well in the 90s just doesn't work anymore.

I don't think he's helping her much at all.

And I'm really sorry to see that, to be honest.

Can we all agree that Michelle is officially a liability to Obama's campaign?

Do you see how silly this type of question is yet?

20. Heart bypass surgery causes loss of mental acuity
I'm amazed that no one has really talked about the problems many patients have with mentation after heart bypass surgery. There are numerous reports of impairments in higher processing, speech, and complex thought. Bill Clinton was once one of the most brilliant politicians in the country. I think he's lost quite a bit since surgery. He's just not the same man, sad to say.
