Hillary failed last night.
Edited on Thu Apr-17-08 08:29 PM by jenmito
Hillary does best when she's seen as the victim. She goaded Obama repeatedly to get him to attack her and he didn't take the bait. He acted respectfully of his fellow Democratic opponent, and therefore, he was the bigger person-and the winner.

2. Hillary is continually given opportunites of great proportion
and she fails to recognize them. She could have taken the high road and pushed the debate on the right track, instead she took the moderators lead and attacked Obama over trivial shit.

13. She is really politically (and musically) tone deaf...
I just KNEW she'd take the high road after seeing that she got booed every time she spoke out against Obama re: the "bitter" remark.

46. Is this something you've been told by someone a lot more experienced?
Or is it arrogance? Conceit? Or a fact? As a musician I have come across many a young person who thinks they have perfect pitch and more often than not it is just a case of someone not telling them what they need to know.

28. So someone the caliber of imus
thinks he was a "pussy" but anyone with a modicum of intelligence knows you don't go down to their level.

Although, I'm sure he had to use restaint as I believe was mentioned.. I admire Obama for that 'cause not everyone can do that.

Imus: Obama "Almost A Bigger P***y" Than Hillary

via Media Matters | April 17, 2008 05:42 PM

MediaMatters reports that on his radio show this morning, Don Imus said that Barack Obama is "almost a bigger pussy than ." From the Media Matters summary:

"During the April 17 edition of Imus in the Morning, host Don Imus asserted that Sen. Barack Obama is "almost a bigger pussy than" Sen. Hillary Clinton. While discussing the April 16 Democratic debate, Imus said he thought that co-moderator George Stephanopoulos was "great" and that the debate was "fine," adding: "I thought Senator Obama was on the defensive most of the night. But they're both sissy boys or sissy girls, or whatever. Because they talk big when they're out on the campaign trail, wolfing on each other." News anchor Charles McCord interjected, "But then," and Imus continued: "And then when they show up at the debate, they fold up like a couple of cheap lawn chairs. I mean, I don't understand that. And he's almost a bigger pussy that she is."
