While its nice to see Obama +3 in PPP, I will sleep much better tonight with him having closed the gap to 6 in Survey USA. It's hard to tell which polling is most accurate because its subjective to criteria, with PPP being best at getting the winner right and SUSA best at predicting margins. From what I've seen so far Survey USA has been best in states where Clinton has had an seeming demographic advantage, yet the polls show Obama surging at the end, they usually tend to have Hillary stronger than the other polls, and tend to be right, so I'm very relived Obama's closed the margin with them from 14 to 6. As for PPP for those dismissing them based on some Republican primary polls they found, it should be noted that they are a Democratic pollster, and therefore are going to be more familiar with and better at projecting Democratic Party turnout models. A couple of other variables are all those Republicans who have just switched (which I think favors Obama), and all those remaining undecideds (who tend to wind up going for Hillary in states like PA), so who knows? As long as he come within 10, I'll be happy...

1. I think the problem with polling PA, is there are regional differences |
|
that are not reflected in the traditional demographics (like age, sex, race, income etc). I would be curious if any of the polls took the regional aspect into account.

2. Polling doesn't reveal PA political machine in her favor, 90$ voting machines unverifiable. |

We have to hope the new resgistrants are allowed to vote. PA is listed as third, as one of, the most corrupt.
And this is how we elect? With a candidate who would refuse to quit under any circumstance.

4. My husband is part of the Obama volunteer PA legal team. |

They've have had all of their poll watchers and legal team undergo a training program, and sent out extensive information packets. I was impressed how well-organized they are given the relatively short amount of time they've had to put everything in place.
